Inklings Creative Writing Club
Inklings is Cedarville University's official creative writing club, and its goal is to create a writing community for fellowship and for writers to improve their craft. The organization holds weekly dinners on Monday at 6:00 PM in the dining hall, biweekly free write nights on Tuesdays at 7:00 PM, a weekly meeting with creative writing lessons and activities on creative writing on Thursdays at 6:30 PM, and small workshop groups where people can share and receive feedback on their writing. Creative Writing Classes
Cedarville University offers four creative writing
classes—Introduction to Creative Writing, Poetry, Fiction, and Creative Nonfiction. Each of these classes expands writers' toolkits and develops community through the workshop and group discussion. If you're interested in academically growing your writing, consider adding one of these classes to your schedule or the creative writing minor!
